As a home-based, family owned and operated business with small children at our feet, we are not always able to get the the phone. Please note, the FASTEST way to receive your order is by submitting your order ONLINE. While we are happy to work with you over the phone or via email if you are having trouble, orders must be placed through our shopping cart system and paid for through our online merchant account. Online orders are received directly by our shipping department and will begin packing as soon as they are placed.
