How do I purchase a Parenting By Nature gift certificate?

Purchasing a gift certificate is done the same as purchasing any other product from our online boutique. Select the product Gift Certificates and fill out the required information. Enter the Recipient's First & Last Name - this is the name of the individual you are giving the Gift Certificate to! This is important for security at the time of redemption.

Click on the Add to Cart button and viola! You will be directed to the checkout page.

At checkout you will be prompted to enter your billing and email details. Enter YOUR EMAIL at checkout, as this is where the Gift Certificate and Order Receipt will be sent. You can then forward the email Gift Certificate to the recipient or use our Printable Gift Certificates template to print a gift certificate that can be wrapped up in a card and given for a last minute gift, baby shower or any special occasion. Although our Email Gift Certificates are available immediately after checkout, please allow 1 business day for processing.

When you are ready to checkout, you may choose from any of our usual methods of payments to pay for your purchase.

What do your gift certificates look like?

Our gift certificates are simply an email containing your purchase details and a gift certificate redemption code. Each email Gift Certificate will arrive directly to YOU, in your inbox, so it can be forwarded to the recipient, wrapped or slipped into a card. Or, because we know it's always nice to send and open a gift, you can print a paper gift certificate to mail to the recipient. You can even include a personal message!

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

We've tried to make using our Gift Certificates as easy as possible to use. Take your time browsing our Online Baby Store adding desired selections to your shopping cart. After placing an order through our shopping cart, simple enter the Gift Certificate Redemption Code in the appropriate box at checkout, and select your alternate method of payment for any balance owing. That's it - even those that aren't as web savvy can handle that! After we receive your order an email will follow outlining your total, balance remaining or balance owing. Still have questions? Please note that for security measures our order form must be filled out with the correct name that the gift certificate was issued to.

What if I don't use all of my gift certificate in one purchase?

You will be emailed your balance, and you follow the same steps as above the next time you shop with us until you have used it up in full.

What if I have a balance still owing on my order?

If you order total is more than your gift certificate amount you will have the option at checkout to pay for your balance. This way your order will not be delayed!
